Welcome to Glossiq Cleaner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our mobile application and related services. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

2. License and Restrictions

Glossiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App's code or content.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activities.
  • Interfere with servers, networks, or third-party systems connected to the App.

3. App Features

Glossiq Cleaner provides digital optimization and privacy services, including:

  • Photo and video cleanup and compression.
  • Contact and calendar organization.
  • Battery health monitoring and device status insights.
  • Privacy and security analysis tools.

Some features may require access to device data or permissions, which you can control in your device settings.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a subscription, available through Apple's in-app purchase system.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Prices and features are subject to change, but you will be notified of any significant updates.
  • All transactions are processed by Apple, and Glossiq Cleaner does not have access to or store any payment data.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App periodically to improve functionality, enhance security, or introduce new features. By continuing to use the App after updates, you agree to the latest version and its terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the App at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, performance, or error-free operation.

Glossiq Cleaner and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
  • Data loss, corruption, or device malfunction.
  • Unauthorized access or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Users are responsible for ensuring backups of their data before performing cleaning or optimization actions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse features, or engage in unlawful behavior. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under those laws in a competent court of jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the App and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
